Awesome time at this hotel with super comfy beds and friendly staff at the front desk! The nearby restaurants were top-notch, and the relaxing outdoor pool area was a great escape. Only downside was the limited breakfast options, but no biggie, plenty of food spots around. good vibes and chill atmosphere made it a sweet stay 🌴.

while staying at trident, i enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on the property. i appreciated the freedom to walk around with my pet or service animal without any hassle. the housekeepers were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. convenient location near restaurants and stores, only a short drive to french quarters. easy parking added to the convenience. overall, a nice room for the price.

the rooms are clean - cozy, and have nice cold air. it's near a shady area. the location is perfect for getting around. there's one lady - elita - who really knows how to run the place – she's great with people.

trident inn & suites was a great find for our last-minute trip to experience mardi gras. the staff was incredibly friendly, check-in was quick, and they even provided us with a parade schedule. The location was quiet and offered good shopping options. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The free breakfast, although repetitive, was tasty, especially the waffles.

The venue is overall clean, with favourable location short walk to outskirts of New Orleans, restaurants stores and New Orleans, and tourist things to do. The rooms are recently refurbished and large here with the front desk several times for extra towels and a shower, for instance. The staff especially Kathy the Manager.

I liked the hotel, it was perfectly clean with superfriendly and really friendly staff especially Kathy the Manager. The property was in a favourable and decent location adjacent to the outlet to the bathroom and restaurants stores and New Orleans and many food places. New Orleans East district was worth staying in.

We had a double room to ourselves with extra towels and 2 queen beds, for instance. The hotel was in a particularly good and decent position just off all the food places, cruise port, and a taxi into New Orleans.

I selected this hotel for a business mixer due to its excellent business facilities, including 1500 square feet of meeting space, fax and copy services, and a banquet hall. The business center was well-equipped and met my needs for the event.

I found the lack of 24-hour room service to be a drawback for my work requirements.
